Love the idea of the arrow in #21! Interesting way to convey urgency.
We wonder is we could play with a few things though:
1) maybe make it all caps (some lower case fonts make the "o" in "foster" look like an "a" (or maybe play with the font a bit).
2) Maybe see what the arrow looks like in the second "o" instead of the first?
3) maybe play with different color combinations (e.g., blue and black, green and black, etc.).
