I like the version with the smile better, so keep that. I'm not big on the question mark, but interesting. I like the bigger 'what matters', so keep it like that.
I like the creative 'g', but can you make it more like a normal 'g', and then add your elements on top of that? Start with a normal 'g'. Maybe the inner circle of the 'g' will have to be made smaller to be the eyeball. I really like it, there's just something that's not quite right, something that's too much like the Gumby character.
