I like #1's simplicity, but it'd be better if the people were somehow interacting, or "learning" about each other, getting to know one another better, reconnecting, etc.
I see you went with clouds for #2. I prefer the example graphic I uploaded because it shows glimpse coming THROUGH the clouds... overcoming the clouds. Perhaps another idea would be sunshine shining through clouds on just the words glimpse, but other things in the picture (not sure what those could be) would not be lit by the sunshine.
I like that in #5 and #17, the characters appear to be facing each other and are thus interacting. However, they are kind of oddly shaped or even fat. Is there another way to make them appear to be facing each other? Faces, perhaps? Giving a high five?
For #3 and #7, might faces help there too? Actually, I think #3 is too hard to see people; #7 is better on that.
Don't overdo the clouds. The clouds were just an idea that was effective with binoculars for the idea of looking for something and discovering it. Your #4 is the best in this.
Don't combine the m and the p.
I didn't love the faces like I was hoping to in #20. The people still aren't really interacting, they're kind of awkwardly staring at each other. Might caption bubbles help? In #21, they're happy and friends, which is good, but it doesn't show to me what glimpse is.
At first I thought I liked #24 and #25, but it's a little hard to think binoculars and too easy to think Mastercard. I'm not sure if I recommend trying to improve them, because I like my example graphic that I uploaded over those two.
#39 is my favorite in terms of the 'what matters'.
I'm not loving the speech bubbles as is. What if we put heads in the g and p, and then speech bubbles above them? Maybe with exclamation points? Or one question mark and one exclamation point?
