We teach self defense skills to those that would not ordinarily seek them.

Our unique form of self-defense teaches the social, emotional, mental as well as physical skills necessary to avoid most confrontations. Should an assailant escalate to the physical realm, our students are ready to respond accordingly with easy to master physical skills that any body type can learn quickly.
Although we believe there is a place for Martial Arts and Psychiatry, we don’t teach either. Rather, our classes are a quick fix for those that need to defend themselves and want to have fun learning it.
