Get a Word in EdgewiseLogo Design Contest

I really like your submissions. #120 in particular has such a cool graphic layout of the business name. And I like the science feel of #121.

One thing that was suggested when we meet about this is that we should get away from circles / spheres. One person pointed out that circles are all about convergence, and we want to communicate a more divergent feel.

I posted the following comment in the general discussion, but I thought I'd mention it to you directly. The following link is an illustration of a sound wave. We like its edgy look and the mosaic motif with the squares, as well as the progression of color. We definitely will be choosing something that looks good on a white background (important for the website in particular). Could you do something that is similar to this? I know you can't just duplicate a graphic like that, but could we incorporate colors / squares / sound waves to create something that is edgier?

I looked at your profile and saw you did the St Joesph Communications. That is an organization that I love. Very cool that you did their logo ... small world, in a way.

Sorry for the late reply i was sleeping. Let me think on something i´m at work right now here is 11 am. But i will have more time later at night and i will submit something for your review based on your comment. Yes i cannot duplicate but i will think on something with the same feel and similar colour and cool.

Would you mind formatting the text in #160 the same way you did #120?

Also would you mind doing #114 in different colors?

These are all logos that a few committee members really like. However, the blue/purple doesn't match our brand. The design of the icon in #114 is very appealing, though. We didn't want a sphere, but we all like the synapse design within it. Very edgy.
