Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank a variety of designs to get a variety of entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is Private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design. Feedback will be made public upon contest completion
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested".
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ After your contest closes it will enter Judging phase. You can re-rank designs in Judging.
~~ While in Judging, the designer ranked in first place can submit revisions

More detailed information on how to get the most out of your contest can be found here:

www.piedmontlocalfood.com -- is this a logo you like or an organization associated with Get a Taste of This?

Thanks in advance!

In addition to having fun and learning about the benefits of eating fresh, healthy and local, attendees of "Get a Taste of This" will get to taste samples presented by local chefs who will be showcasing what can be done with fresh, local food. The website is associated with the event.

The organizer of the "Get a Taste of This" and "final judge" is beginning to view the designs and had one more thing to add for designers that is hopefully helpful:
Showing food is okay, but a visual reference that chefs will be "serving it up" is more representative of the essence of the event.

To all you great designers -- thanks for your efforts. Please read: #10 made me think, and helps me add a little direction for you designers (1) I like that #10 shows a chef: the chefs at this event will co-star with the food itself. (2) That said, it's a little cartoonish for us, understandable because you may have seen the piedmontlocalfood.com logo, which is a little cartoonish. (3) Maybe I'm asking too much to even suggest this, but what people will enjoy at this event is prepared (cooked) food, made from the fresh-but-raw ingredients most of you have focused on. Any way to visually show that leap? THANKS EVERYBODY!

You may leave a message specific to individual designers by clicking on their design. Any notes or details that are important to the direction of your designs and to all designers it would be great if you posted those in this area.

Thank you!

One thought for everyone (your good work is helping my focus, thank you for that):

I think the words Get A Taste of THIS! should be (a) one color, certainly no more than two colors, and (b) slightly emphasize the word "THIS."
