Thanks for everybody's effort so far. What a great start. We promise to give as much feedback as possible to keep things rolling for you. I really #1, #3, #4, #5, #10, #15, #16.

Many of you picked up the geo-tagging concept very well and showcase it with the pinpoints and flags. I wonder if we could add more subtlety to many of the ones with the bigger more obvious flags. I think they may become to hard to use in a practical manner on our marketing materials, websites, banner advertisements, etc.

#15 is a little like a snowflake so I was glad to see you did #16 at an angle which looks more compass like.

#8, #17 & #18 looked much too harsh and geometric. I think we probably need to emphasize more of a Web 2.0/3.0 type of feel too it.

I like the way #4, #5, #10, #16 worked a geo theme into the mark with a bit more creativity

I assume #13 & #14 go together so we can see the detail in #14. I think that level of detail is a bit lost in a logo mark. I think it draws an image for the beginnings of a cool flash demo but probably too much for the logo.

#19 reminds me of an old school hair band logo from the 80s Giuffria - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yBoesUC3lec

See goemetric comments above - too much.

#4 - not sure how I feel about the mix of lower case and upper case. I haven't decided which one I like yet but I think a mix is not working

Thanks again for the work. #23 - I like what you did using the O by using that for the "geo" theme. I think that was a nice unique logo to add to this mix.

#33 and #34 - The marks are not that interesting to me with #33 being very chunky and old school vs. Web 2.0 approachable types of logos. I think #34 is just a little too basic in the font. The mark comes across as a space program vs. targeted geo.

#24 I like your new mark but I think the white and orange don't do it justice. Even a darker blue, green or red might make it pop

#3, #28, #29 I am not really that caught up in having the G be a part of the mark so you should let yourself be more creative.

#30 is interesting in its mark but I think the colors, font take away from what you could be doing. Thank you

#21 is good but I feel like the logo may be too large of too distant. Could be the colors too. I like it so push harder if you can.

#15 & #16 I would like to see you try some other fonts options - still lowercase - and maybe some different colors

#35 - Would like to see some color on the text. Also, please try variations on the text.

to all designers - let's focus on all lower case. I think there are still more creative options on the mark. I think the compass and arrow themes are good but please try some additional concepts.

I am not a fan of the letter G being worked into the mark. Also, some of the recent additions had shapes of earth, etc - this isn't the direction I would expect.

#23 - I like what you did with the red mark in the "o" - drop the caps on the G. This is probably the best new addition of the last day or so.

#46 #47 - I like the design with the emphasis on the center vs. the single color one. Could you try this in different color schemes - it seems like the orange may be too subtle since everything we do is about finding all of the information about a specific geographic coordinate - that spot or point s critical to our business.

#4 If we could see a little more investment in the mark so we could get some of the edgier marks.

Hey Folks - Just a couple of days left here.

We are set on a few things which should give you all a good idea on which way to go....
1 Blue and Orange and White are the colors we keep moving toward so make your final push using these. Some of the blues now may be a little bit lighter than where we end up but we liked a lot of the ones at the top
2 Please try the mark above the name as part of a variation of the mark.
3 The folks at the top ranking spots have some good concets but we are looking for a lower case font and haven't fallen in love with anything there.

Thanks

Some of the angles of the marks are a bit too steep given we will want to use this in other places. Others are a bit too dry and flat and look like a weapon's cross hairs.
