One thing to mention: the X should be "easy" to read/identify otherwise one could think that the company name is "genole"

Thank you all for your excellent ideas.
We are getting closer to what we want and how the logo should look like (therefore we extended the contest):

The word consulting should be right aligned with the X of GenoleX
The color of Genole should be something between a darker grey/anthrazit and black
The X of Genolex should have "breaks" like in #99 or #90 or # 80 and the preferred colors would be green, blue or bicolor like in #80
Orange/red looks very nice but we have the feeling that it might be "too powerful/strong"
For the "mark/icon/symbol" on the left we like those variations of circles and also the combination with a "G" and the circles, something that expresses "we go hand in hand with the client"
The size of this "mark/icon/symbol" should not dominate, the height might be only the two lines of Genolex and Consulting.
So that the "mark/icon/symbol" is something like a friendly eye catcher and the eye can easily follow what is next to it on the right e.g. like in #104, #99, #80 (they might be a bit smaller too)
