Hi Dezyner I like your use of the D, very clever ! The D however looks a little like a 'B' due to the hourglass structure, is there a way to modify this design to make it clearly a 'D' ? more information that might help: I plan to use the logo on the side of my product, the logo location format is a rectangle 22 mm x 9.5 mm The logo must fit comfortably within this format The GaTor device has a black anodized aluminium surface I would prefer the hourglass concept incorporated into the GaTor4D text There could be a space between GaTor and 4D The hourglass concept can be more symbolic, ie curves suggestive of hourglass shape. Possible to use two characters or more to incorporate the concept of pulse excited luminescence / laser / hourglass thanks for your great efforts Russell
Hi Mel, I really like entry #26, it is clever ! Can we highlight the 4D so that the hourglass shape can be seen without merging with white space ? On entry #19, I like the font, can you change the 4D the same as #26 and try some different colours ? thanks for contributing such elegant designs Russell
Hi Mel, I had my friends review all the submissions and choose their top 5, your entry #26 tied for first place. It is really tough ranking such excellent designs. I want to use the logo on a black anodized product and I thought the latest entry from flatliner looks good on a black background - still undecided though ;-/ Thanks for all your hard work ! regards Russell
Hi Mel, It is a tough decision, but I like your design and wanted to ask you if I select your logo can you give me a couple of different colour schemes. For example a simplified version of #74 with blue ring at the bottom and red at the top. The logo on a black background and another on a white background ? best regards, Russell
Hi Russell, Please feel free to say what modifications or adjustments, you'd like to see. We can work on it till it's just right. I'll send new versions soon... Thank you very much, Mel
Hi Russell, Here are #85 and #86 with the same colors in both submissions, with just the alternate colors of black and white. #87 / #88 may look like they have gradient shading, but they are also in solid colors just with a shade difference. And #89 / #90 just have the words in one color and alternated with the background. Hope you like these. Please let me know if you'd like to modify spacing, thickness, etc... Thanks, Mel
Hi Mel, Thanks for the recent update, I like the different colour schemes. I need different designs for black or white backgrounds, web page and business card, thanks for putting so much effort into this. best regards, Russell
