looks good but too corporate for my brand, thanks

i like the design but dont think it feels like my brand. the design on the left side looks more corporate than my brand feels. that font is cool.

as with the other design (i commented on it) this feels a bit harder than my brand. i like that purple a lot, and the icon thing is cool...wondering if the inside line of it could be a little thinner - would that make it feel less industrial?
Seeing the words stacked and all capped...i like it and i dont. ??? it needs to be softer, but not too soft. ikr? what does she mean???? Can you play with the fonts and the icon? soften these up a little - think of the feeling of being in a really lush garden. there's strength and softness. thanks!

cool. this has a really modern feel but maybe a bit too industrial for my brand. also - the GROW is super important, so id like it to have the same weight as GARDENER.
This is creative and id like to see you play with this a bit, soften it just a bit and somehow make the words equal but balanced in the design. Thanks!
