layout of text is fine, different fonts for gamification and SPICE good,

consider whether to introduce an color to the keywords gamification and/or SPICE - I leave this to you

gamification principles: points, levels, badges, rewards
SPICE principles: improvement, capability levels, process prfiles (think abacus)

the gap between logo and text is not the same in both logos
