NOTE 1: HOME PROFILE
We see the typical house motif being used in many of the submitted designs. While "modern" homes certainly don't require flat roofs, modern homes tend to be associated with flat roofs (or extremely low sloped roofs) with large overhangs. The homes can be low, flat, and long... stretching across the landscape. Other designs are extremely boxy with no eaves or overhangs.
