Entry #66 I like your thinking process here. I could almost see how the design moved from the confab of f's in #63 to the more abstract 'screen' in #66. It's a very interesting design but would like to think there is a way to incorporate an element of the rationale for using the site (to communicate & interact) - maybe this could be done in the business name rather than the logo. Don't know...
Also like #61. It moves, it's clean and has texture while being symmetrical. Another reason I ranked it higher than #66 was because the f's were recognisable. I guess in an ideal world the comment above still applies. Also, prefer to have the whole name in lower case font (per this entry) rather than capital f's.
Reflecting on #61 overnight - I like its depth. I'm wondering whether there is a way to bring this out - so that it kinda looks like it has been carved into stone (with the rounded form like the stone pillows of the Incas (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inca_architecture).
I've gotta have a think about it Sandhya...and ask for a few opinions.
I like the design. I think #125 could work. Just not sure whether it is detracting from the shape (that could work well in 3D etc).
I'm thinking if I get hung up on the social media thing, then perhaps the way to go is to do something at the end of fundsforum - append a small speech cloud perhaps? Don't think the wireless symbol works and haven't thought of any others that would be appropriate.
I'm still a fan of #61. And perhaps have been leading you astray by trying to add more too it. Anyway, I think it's becoming clearer. The format of logo and then business name works for the target market and webpage format. The all lower case (and two tone) format to the business name looks sufficiently webby to suggest its new tech without being aggressive. A tagline under the business name might (wolv's suggestion) is probably the simplest way to provide additional colour about what the business is (I'm working on that).
