Are you all able to see the pictures that I uploaded?

I uploaded pictures of our trucks and uploaded a friends logo and a website where you can view all of our trucks including
our Snowy Joey truck however we want to keep the focus on Frosty.

I would like to see something more refined and better fonts or bigger sized font. Some sort of clean, fresh professional looking fun text for the name Frosty Ice Cream, and then try to leverage an ice cream cone or something related that will be easy to communicate to a person viewing… maybe something with a swirl or something like that. You should look at our trucks.

Client did not receive emails from support although we are very happy with the Logo. Some slight changes

Dear Logo Tournament,
I am confused about the writing in the contract vs the writing in the help section regarding final revisions.
The Contract states the following and given this statement I believe we are suppose to be able to make changes once we choose a logo for up to two weeks, is that correct?

1. Logo. The designer/vendor agrees to provide the buyer with a vector file in .EPS format as well as a .JPG of the winning logo. The designer/vendor also agrees to provide additional variations upon request including: White Background, Colored Background, Black & White, and Solid Colors. Additional requested formats can include .AI and .PNG. All deliverables are referenced herein as defined as the ("Logo"). Variation requests are required to take place within 2 weeks of selecting a winner.

The help stage states the below which seems conflicting:

Winner Selection:
Once you have the logo want, you can click the "Select Winner" button on your contest management page. You will be asked to confirm your selection, and once confirmed there is no turning back. Once the winner is selected you will no longer be able to request revisions.

Can you please clarify as we have some requests per the contract.
