~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank and re-rank a variety of designs to get a variety of new entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

For your information, by the way you didn't know, when the contest is in "judging" period just the designer ranked first can send variations and updates of their logos.
If you want to ask for changes for any designer you need to rank him/her first.... after you can switch anytime the first rank position between designers and ask for the last changes to fine tune your logo before select the winner.

Dear mainstreetmgmt, I removed a few designs for minor submission guidelines violations, and wanted to drop a note here because one of them was ranked first. Please don't be alarmed. I'm contacting the designer to explain the violation and make sure he understands how to correct it, and then he can resubmit once he does so. It's especially important that the winning design meets the submission guidelines for the sake of the site portfolio.
