Great design concepts. I like the type elements in #17 & 19. The house treatments in 19 & 18 look very rural. It would be nice to see a mix of structures incorporated into the design that has a mix between traditional houses and high rise buildings.

I like the way you've incorporated the building in #24 but I'd like to see windows on the two other buildings. I also like the work you did for Ruckriegel Group with the multiple red builidngs that was ranked 17

for your information: the designers (me included) should send entries significantly different from the ones from the other designers and not use concepts introduced by others designers before (like by example my combination of little houses/rooftops with the line and the buildings+layout.... the sunset/sunshine was introduced by you, so everybody is allowed to use that concept).... that is not allowed to benefit the CH and that you could get more options and new fresh ideas and let the designers develop their designs
I totally agree with your analysis. I know there are some "copy cats" out there on this and although I have ranked them you'll see that your design is ranked first :)
A combination of approximately 3 houses on the right and 2 or three buildings on the left might be interesting.
I didn't like the "boxed in" look on the other designs...it came off as a little too confining. We want to clients to dream of the possibilities rather than being constrained.

I hope you like them I agree that the sunshine/sunset make the logo like "open" and more elegant... the abstract buildings/houses make the logo modern and the "squared" layout is perfect also to use it in signs, but also with stationery or for the web...
