We would like the main logo to be behind a black background (although you will need to supply us with a white background logo once everything is over).

This logo will be an extension of their main company (Fred Smith Company). We don't want it to be the exact same but we do want to use the tree from the logo. Please reference the logos below for examples of extended brands.
