Wow thank you... you have given me quite a few options to look at quite late in the game!
What I would really like to see is a lettermark however. In the breif I mentioned how we want to move away from having our legal name in the logo and using geographically limiting imagery... so we need a modular design (similar to #118, #119, #120, #121). Except the lettermark would take the place/be integrated into the graphic somehow. I do like the "hills" in #111 and #112.
Your designs are all very nice and 5 years ago would have been perfect for our organization but now we are trying to brand "fRI". However, I liek your style and I am confident you can come up with a solid lettermark with a more institutional feel.
I like number #133. However, I would reduce the size of the "RI" in relation to the "F" and I would increase the size of the legal name and tagline and in relation to the lettermark. It is a nice play on our old colours but yet the design is not limiting gepgraphically (yes it represents hills/landscape but it is not in your face which is nice).
Yeah that is what I was thinking... coudl you possibel reduce the "weight" of the letter "f" (it seems to bold) and possibly adjust the placement of the lettermark in #150 and #149 as it seems too low in the circle right now.
When you re-output the logos I like the bold tagline but I think we can lose the italics and possibly stretch the tagline a bit larger so it is justified under the legal name...
I woudl also like to see a version with just the tagline beside the lettermark
So I would like to see: - #144 with revisions above - #144 with a lowercase "foothills" - #144 with just the tagline using the same font as foothills but in grey - #149 with revisions above - #149 with a lowercase "foothills" - #149 with just the tagline using the same font as foothills but in grey
Hello, how are you? Sorry for the delay but I'm still in my company (im owner of an design agency), and files from your contest are in my house. At the judging mode only the 1st place can insert new versions of the designs. At this stage you can rearrange the first place as often as you want. So I wonder if you can wait for my return to my house tonight so I can make all the changes you have requested.
Hi there, thanks again for the chance. I have upload all revisions that you asked for. Im re-drawing another version, when i get done i tell you.(i guess tonight will be ready.)
To assist in the defense of my Logo, I would like to make some notes. Following the concepts of innovation and nature / forest, I sought to strengthen the right curves and circles to pass the concept of movement, cycle, growth and innovation.
The forms created are also intended to convey the idea of mountains, landscape, and the idea of layers, as if we looked at the ground with a "x-ray" view
I believe that it meets the very direction of your company and manages to convey the concepts proposed by it.
Can you adjust the spacing between the 3 lines of text in #233 to be more like #231? In #231 the text seems justified with the top and bottom of the lettermark/circle and in #233 it seems compressed a bit. We prefer the lowercase foothills.
The only other change is possibly moving the 3 lines of text to the right a bit... they seem to be crowding the lettermark/circle.
I think I like the orginal symbol is #235... the subtle offset adds something.
I think I have no more revisions at this point. I will be presenting these options to our senior management shortly and will be getting back to you asap.
Can you take the 3 concepts above and create 3 more for me... but this time widen the 2 hills at the bottom similar ot what you had done before with #220? I would like to give them 2 options of yours to look at.
