I really like the font and the layout of the words. I'm not sold on the icon, although I like the representation. Could you try a different icon? I'm thinking of a simple square with rounded corners / color is the dark blue in LEADERSHIP. The white hole is in the square, maybe off-center, like in the upper right quadrant, but not at the extreme top or side of the square. Maybe one version of this simple square in the solid blue with a solid white circle as the focal point (as you have in this version)? Maybe a second version with a three dimensional aspect to the square, like a shadow or shiny highlight to the surface of the square?

i have made
1. FOCALPOINT and the line is too little thin
2. move lines/circles between words
3. The middle circle (white) is smaller. 1/3 smaller.

I will immediately make revisions according to your instructions

Can you try a few variations on this? Please start with changing the keyhole to a simple circle in the middle of the bigger circle.
1. Make LEADERSHIP the same blue as the outside of the circle. Bold FOCALPOINT and unbold LEADERSHIP
2. Take those same changes and move the circle between FOCALPOINT and LEADERSHIP (see drawing) with a line on either side of the circle. The circle should be smaller in this case so that FOCALPOINT and LEADERSHIP are not too far apart.
