As regards to

I think the approach is interesting, and there is some strength to the bold statement.
The icon makes me think a little bit of Enron
http://lawyersusadcdicta.wordpress.com/2008/01/22/high-court-denies-enron-investors-petition/Enron was an energy company and the icon, dropping into their name worked on those terms. For us, something that bold might be OK, but it should make one think of content, of writing, or organizing and structuring words and text.
I'm not sure how I'd feel about the text if the icon was different, but I've a hunch that the text would need to change to work better with a new icon.
I can see the U and a tad of the F in the icon, which is fun, but I think we want our icon to point toward content, rather than toward our company as a name.
