we are not permitted to use existing company logos unless there is explicit right to use a brand identity in a logo. Can you clear this up?

We cannot use the MG logo and the current number #2 design which is ranked 1 at the moment will have to remove the MG octagon for it to be considered as top 5 design at the end of the open period. I have already flagged the removal with the designer. The rankings are currently reflecting our feelings towards the designs and the directions they are taking. We will endeavour to feed back rankings and comments as quick as possible to help as much as possible.

All we cannot in the end use the MG Octagon in any final design please do not submit them or I will have to start rejecting.

All although we currently have a top 10 very heavy influenced with cars, other motifs are still being looked for.

Some mood words that may help: classic, quality, british, engineering, upper class, chrome, touring, heritage, motoring, lifestyle, octane, original, atlantic, exclusive, clean, effortless style, modern, country pub, beer, green and pleasant land.

Wow felt a bit out-numbered there as they came thick and fast. Thanks for everyone that took part in the open phase stunning response!
