I do like this first design #13 and others however I think the font is too upper case. I would like to see some logo with both upper and lower case as in eXp or another variation might be to put the eXp in brackets like (eXp) which might make for an interesting transition into text when we are putting up web content.

I'll be honest, I'm really having trouble keeping up with all your variations. It's quite overwhelming. For me a few designs with some explanation on what you are trying to do with the design would make more sense for me to be able to judge. They are blurring together and I'm having trouble figuring out what the differences are between all of these submissions. Sometimes its a slight blue variation, other times it seems the swoosh at the bottom has been moved 3 pixels to the right. That's just too subtle especially this early on. I would much rather see 3 - 5 solid attempts then 50 slight variations when we haven't decided this as a major design direction yet.
