Our Ideas & Additional Information We have a separate tournament for dotNet Realty & PowerSearch Realty going on. We are trying different names and logo strategies for the eventual company. We like EXP as a prefix for a number of ideas for our website: ie. Just an idea. 15 years ago 2B Pencil Logo Designer Please take a moment to read this "Ranking and General Tips" compiled by one of our designers (Bugy) https://logotournament.com/forum/general_discussion/914ScottEastCoast CreativeDesigner/LT Moderator 15 years ago buyertours Client I would like to see some logo with both upper and lower case as in eXp or another variation might be to put the eXp in brackets like (eXp) which might make for an interesting transition into text when we are putting up web content.(eXp)ert(eXp)lore(eXp)ectations(eXp)erience 15 years ago buyertours Client Great first few hours on this one... Two notes: More color and more variations on the text. Even though I said the name of the company is EXP Realty... The branding and logo exercise could really change that. I also think as mentioned above that it could just as easily be exp, eXp or (eXp)...I'm hitting the sack now... Will be back at it tomorrow morning. 15 years ago CJ Logo Designer 0th? I'm confused :) lol ok, must have been a glitch nevermind. 15 years ago TillyDes!gn Logo Designer Could you elaborate a little more on the idea of the dotNet contest and this one...do you want the same ideas submitted to both with the different names? Please clarify if possible. Thanks. 15 years ago buyertours Client We are doing three totally different contests and we are hoping for three completely different ideas between the contests. exp is a play on the idea that exp is the prefix for a lot of words which can be used in the real estate space. eXploring neighborhoods or homes. Interviewing eXperts, Giving your home the eXposure it deserves ect... Agents eXpress themselves on the company blog and consumers can eXpect a high level of service whether they are looking to buy or sell with our company and our agents.I'll admit that eXp Realty is a bit of a stretch as it relates to a name of a company, however we are looking to establish a new innovative and fresh approach in the Web 2.0 Real Estate Space. We will be consolidating eight current company owned real estate offices in 7 states as well as Vancouver BC Canada to this eventual brand. We have two target markets. 1 - Our agents. It needs to be a strong brand which gives them credibility with their clients. It should provide a bit of a Web 2.0 flavor while still being solid. Our second market is the actual end consumer. In most cases consumers are selecting an agent from a number of dinosaur brands... Dinosaur brands in that these companies do business the way they always have. They simply aquire agents and hope the agents can generate enough business to make the agents and the company a profit. Our differentiators are significant. We use a Web strategy to generate clients. We distribute these client leads to our agent partners and so give our agents a chance to earn an income even in a slower market. We have some of the most visited real estate related websites in the markets we compete. As a result its a great place for our agents to blog and do lead generation outside of the standard lead generation that the company does on the same sites. The consumer wins because we are also working on new models which are more consumer based, taking away some of the sting of listing a home with an agent finding the agent didn't really do a good job in marketing the property and then having to pay a commission when you as the seller found the buyer on your own.All this needs to somehow fit inside the brand idea and the brand is represented by the designs that you are working on. We are hoping to find obviously a standout (but different) design for each of the contests that we are running in order to help us figure out the direction we are going. Ultimately you are doing more then just working on a logo but potentially the direction of a real estate company. 15 years ago buyertours Client I'll be working on providing additional feedback for this contest tomorrow afternoon. We are going to do a bit of a focus group on these tomorrow morning... The newer designs are really starting to look good. I had been getting push back on the name of the company however I think with some of the submissions that I'm seeing here I think that we can make a good case with our agents and staff that EXP Realty is a solid name worth serious consideration. 15 years ago kuthub Logo Designer Hi CH these are my Submissions.. #350, #351, #352, like to hear your comments.. 15 years ago nejikun Logo Designer hi ch please review all entries thanks. 15 years ago kash25 Logo Designer Hi CH please revive all entries.thanks & regardskash 15 years ago buyertours Client We are going to do our first major judging in about 30 minutes.
