No, we do not need the year in the logo as this will likely be used more then one year.

Hi Aegraphics, please note that the above link not only explains how helpful feedback is but also explains about ranking system. By ranking the same concept many times in the first positions you may discourage new designers to join your contest and in the end you will get less amount of entries.

Opinions have changed from the powers that be here so ranking has changed somewhat significantly. Additional feedback for each concept to come soon.

We have decided to remove "Festival" from the name of the event.

Another general comment....

we would like to avoid the banners used in some of the designs.

Hello Everyone,

I have more changes and some reverse the changes I provided before...

Here is overall feedback and suggestions for this last day of the contest.

1) We do want to use "The Palm Beaches Marathon Festival"

2) We would like to try concepts with "Marathon Festival" in a "finish line" type ribbon and some with just "Marathon Festival" at the bottom of the diamond.

3) We have an image on our current site: www.marathonpb.com, we like the dramatic curve of the coast and would like to see the insets of the design represent this curve with the palm trees along the beach.

4) The blue "sparkly" border on #75 is great!

5) No suns in the background behind the buildings.

6) Rays are good for the background, same color, different shades.

So you dont want the words "the palm beaches"...you just want it to say "marathon festival"?
