#3 I like the concept that the quill and the shadow of the house could be a stand alone logo within itself. Could I see what it would look like to have "Property Management" in gray like the shadow? Also, what about fading the font color on "Esquire" to match the fade of the quill?
#17 We really like the appearance of the softer property management font color. We still feel that this logo is missing something...perhaps some sort of line or brush stroke or something in between esquire and property management? Or some type of reflection action on the letters...inverse or reflection? I can't quite put my thumb on it.
#18 We do like this look with the line. The calligraphy line looks a bit distorted and doesn't quite go perhaps because it is too subtle. Thanks for letting me see the reflection idea, but I don't think it works out...to many letters to reflect. We would be interested to see another line under the "property management." Or perhaps a vertical bar separating the quill and the name of our company (taking out the horizontal bar you just put in.) Thank you.
#21 Looks interesting with the double lines...could I see it with a polished solid gray bar with white property management lettering...coul I also see that with a black bar with white lettering?
#23 With the vertical line seems redundant since the quill is so linear vertically I think. I think in retrospect the quill separates the two naturally.
#17 I really like the look of the logo, but I still feel like there is something missing. Perhaps less is more? It has simple elegance and style...could we see it with a very simple 2 line vector roofline over Esquire? Perhaps simply over the "ESQ?" The camp would like to see this, but I think it will distract from the quill.
I think this is what you wanted. I don't want to steal the others designer's idea of having a roof line over the text and also it would compete with the main graphic.
#39 We do get the majority of our business from the website. I would like to get the name "esquire" in there somehow. How about going with esquirepm.com and going with the ".com" in gray scale going vertical after the "m" in esquirepm?
I am not sure how well these work. The lower case letters jut down and up so it's hard to place the other text elements without it looking unbalanced. I included an uppercase version also.
