What I like of it is that, quite like the #156, is a good mix of a "serious" text with a creative fancy logo.
So I make the same comment on the text: please put the S in uppercase, it's eSpice. Also try to make it a touch more gentle, or rework the spacing. I feel there's something wrong but im not sure of what. Maybe the last e is spaced too much compared to the others. And remove "communication"
I'm not as keen about the logo. While the paint idea is nice, the end result is somewhat messy. Also the "chilly" might be a too trivial rappresentation for "spicy".
Can you try to imagine something else ? It would be something that looks smart, fresh, spicy, simple yet sober and compliant with a professional environment. It would need to be recognizable even alone.

On #166 the text is fine, not quite the chilly. So please make a further variation with same text and a different logo on the left side, evocative of the idea of fresh & spicy.
For the logo we think you've done an interesting work on "WOW" and "Propellercap".
