What I like of your proposals is a good mix of a "serious" text with a creative fancy logo.
On the text please put the S in uppercase, it's eSpice. Also try to make it a touch more gentle, or rework the spacing. I feel there's something wrong but im not sure of what. Maybe the last e is spaced too much compared to the others. And remove "communication"
The striped coloured chilly has a very fresh and young visual impact and very simple at the same time. It's great !
We just fear the "chilly" might be a too trivial rappresentation for "spicy". Can you try to imagine something else ? It would be something that looks smart, fresh, spicy, simple yet sober and compliant with a professional environment. It would need to be recognizable even alone.

So please make those three further proposals:
1) #159 please make a variation with the chilly flipped horizontally 2) #159 in another proposal please remove the green stem 3) #155 do as follow: - move the chilly on the left side of the text, same height of the text - S in uppercase, i dot in red - left align the "communication" text with the S, so it might be read e communication
We also would love to see a different proposal for the graphical logo evocative of the fresh and spicy idea, without the chilly.
I wanted to say a special thanks for your work. We liked a lot the idea of the colorful stipped chilly and that made it a strong candidate winner, despite the text looked undertone.
Just we realized at a point that a chilly would have been an heavy presence in our communication.
