Design #1. This logo looks to much designed for a consumer oriented business. The design should be more oriented toward a business to business enterprise. Some color may also be helpful but not required. "PCS" stands for Personal Communications Services. Think of our business in much the same way you would think of Sprint or Vodaphone. Colors should be bold by consider how they will also look when printed by monochrome laser as well. Thank you for your efforts.

My guess is Platform Cellular Systems. But it's only a guess...
