"PCS" stands for Personal Communications Services. think of us a a cellular telephone company much like Sprint or Vodaphone only for business applications. I think the logo should be a little more formal. Probably not using all lower case letters.

It seems that you want an icon or something you can use by itself?, remember a logo should be simple, easy to read and easy to use B/W.
