I am an executive leadership coach, speaker & org development consultant, and I work globally. My target audience are high performance leaders, and elite athletes. (I coach athletes to prepare for life outside of sport after retirement).

Hey team! I was trying to create the logo myself... and was quickly reminded that I'm no good at that :) I want to incorporate the image of a butterfly (transformation is at the core of what I do), but in a way that looks strong and not cartoonish. I will be serving high performing leaders and athletes, so I don't want my logo to turn anyone away because the butterfly looks too feminine or "cutesie". I'm going for a strong professional badass woman brand :) I also played around with the concept of a globe because I want to be able to work with clients all over the world and much of my credibility comes from my travel and life experiences around the globe. I think either image could be used. **UPDATE: a lot of the logos submitted in the first few hours look very similar to what I had created, so I have removed my example so I can see your creativity shine. Please think outside the box- I want to see creativity with the details listed above integrated somehow. Thanks! Happy Logo'ing!
