honestly, I liked the broader paint stroke look of the first one. Maybe it shouldn't be pink. Would playing with the colors a bit help the gold stand out more?

I like this look but my name (company name) is hard to read. I think the globe & color behind it are too dark or busy. Any way to make the company name stand out more?
