Eastern Colorado SectionLogo Design Contest

Like how you incorporated the state flag with ECO! Would like to see more substance to the mountains. They look very plain right now. Also, I envisioned a small creek (which may or may not need to be in the logo) in front of the mountains and it gives the impression of a road here. Ok with targets in background. Maybe make them solid (see my upload for a sample) and brown? Thanks for being the first on this!

Like the E and O in yellow like in #1 and #3.
APE - looking for dimensional feel like your logos for Co Plumbing & Gas Lines and Lexmatic.
Prefer ECO not be Italicized.
Designers - please feel free to work outside the box and give me your thoughts and ideas even if it is completely different from what has been submitted.
Any way to take the target (like the one in #4) and place it behing the letters "A" in Eastern and Colorado so that the letter "A" almost looks like the targets? This way it is more subtle.

I have a modified concept idea but unable to upload the sketch. Any suggestions on how I can get it to you?

Dear CH, you need to rank (1,2,3,4). When you rank, your contest appears in the portfolio, and many of the designers always look at the portfolio to choose the contests they want to enter.
