Entry #26 - remove headshot and group the two holes closer within the center rectangle.

Could you please switch the flag positions? The US flag needs to be on the left of the target and the Colorado flag on the right. Thanks.

Could you make the bullet holes SLIGHTLY smaller?

Can you give me a similar logo but make the Eastern Colorado Section banner look more like a ribbon banner? Here's an example: http://www.fotosearch.com/UNC163/u10805351/ ... but don't make it too fancy.

Any way to make the mountains stand out a little more? Perhaps a little snow at the mountain tops?
