Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage more participation.
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

1st place - 50 points
2nd place - 20 points
3rd place - 10 points
4-6th place - 5 points
7-10 place - 3 points
10th on - 1 point

We have 5 World Champion Ducati's in our club. We are very proud. These are passionate dedicated members, very hip, Gen Xer's. They would probably like to see something with a dog placed in it somehow. But not a Chuhuahua, or a Poodle, maybe a Doberman, Rottweiler, something strong and powerful, like the bikes they ride, should be portrayed in this logo design.

I hope the contest entrants get to read this. Something I just realized in making my replies to the designers. Perhaps I was not clear enough on the name, or how it should or could be used.
I will explain:

The name of our club is: Ducati D.O.G.S.
D.O.G.S. is an abbreviation for. "Ducati Owners Group Sin City".
We have the web url of "ducatidogs.com".

We can be called, "ducatidogs", or "Ducati D.O.G.S.", or "D.O.G.S.".

Today is Monday, September 21, 2009, the time is 9:00 a.m.
Today I will have our President and othe Executive Board Members look at the excellent submissions we have received. After that we will update the rankings! Probably by tomorrow morning.
