here are a couple more hand drawn by me in a more serious tone.
Let me know what you think.

Got another one for you - I thought that this fit better to the question "what's cooking?"

Love these, #42 is my favorite for the serious side, would like to see the other claw on the lobster and the backgound , love the lighthouse and boat, but needs to be a little cleaner in order to transfer to tshirts and other items, but right on with the idea!!

Hi - thanks so much for the great feedback. Regarding #42: no problem in adding the other claw. The background has a lot of detail to it that you don't see because of such a small thumbnail. You will receive the final files as an EPS file. What is good with that is that it can be blown up to any size where you won't miss on quality. It will be perfect for your tee shirts. However, I will go in and "clean it up" for you a bit.

#17: now that is great to hear.

And yes, it would be no problem for you to buy two of my logos. What we would have to do is wait until the end of the competition and when we have the one logo finished and the final files sent to you, we can then work on the second logo. The second logo will have to be discussed outside of LogoTournament. Definitely not a problem.

Thanks so much again.

Hi there - here's a cleaner version of my previous entry. I had redrawn the background as well. As I had mentioned before, it is kind of tough to see all the detail on such a small thumbnail, but believe me, it's there ;-)

here, I thickened up the outside line a bit. - thought that it needed to stand out a bit more.

Great news, ok, so #1 is still my choice for the "fun" tshirt, I think you have really nailed that one. the second one I love, thanks for the 2nd claw, like much better. the background concerns me, but you are the expert in this and if you think that will transfer clearly, that would be fantastic. I really like the thicker lines in black, it pops much better.....

after the contest ends, lets talk and I am definetly interested in your 2nd design as well!!!

thanks,

Diane

Perfect Diane - real happy to hear that. When everything is finished here, I can send you a larger version of the second design so that you can be the judge. Then, if you still feel that you need some fine tuning on the background - not a problem at all. We can do that until you are 100% happy with that one as well. Okay?

You can always reach me directly by "private messaging" me.

Thanks again.

youre a pretty good illustrator but ive noticed in your portfolio your font selection needs some serious help. It can either make or break a logo and you my friend have a stink when comes to choosing the fonts. There are classes for the shit i would look into it if I were you, your illustrations would pop so much more with a little TLC in the font department mate. I get depressed when I see shit like this. Look in to it man seriously!!!!

I mean come on the Hobo font??? seriously i thought that was retired in 1989. I cringe evertime I see that font used. Anyone who still uses that font should be banned and sent to prison or sent to the guillotine and have there hands chopped off!!
