I thanks for your other two suggestions. However I think the first one vere better. I think you should stick with the bubbles in the S letter. Could you try to play a bit with that effect? Could the effect be even more visible? Would it work with different fonts?

This might be tricky, but I would very much like to see a version where the speech bubbles are "talking to each other", i.e. visually in relation to each other.

Resizing speech bubbles makes them more visible. To set stronger relation between them, I mirrored bubbles so they now look like they're talking to each other. The fact that one is upside down is reflecting divergence of opinions in discussions.
