Color Preferences
I would like a blue pattern to recall the main logo of the company. Probably red is not going to be a good choice.

#1: some more comments from a colleague... and I quote:
1) "I like the idea of start from a dark (depression) blue to a brighter (healing) blue in the logo".
2) "In the collective imagination, the future, the hope, are located in a high position and at the right side (eg handwriting, we say that people who are turned to the future have a writing with letters that leans right)".

Hi ! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank and re-rank a variety of designs to get a variety of new entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked in the top 10. We like to earn points.

~~ NOTE: While in JUDGING mode, the designer ranked in 1st can still submit revisions.

More detailed information on how to get the most out of your contest can be found here:

Hi folks,

I would like to suggest to also focus on the possibility to design a stylized brain instead of a neuron or to try both designs. I am just wondering if the image of a brain will immediately give the message that we do work on mental health. Thus, a person in the scientific field will recognize a stylized neuron without thinking, while a private investor (which is a pure business man) will recognize more easily a brain.

...just a follow up to my previous comment!

What about trying to put the brain and the neuron toigether... for example a frame shaped like a brain with a branching neuron inside "leading out of the shadow"....

I am getting excited guys... but now it is entirely up to your creativity!

Best wishes,

Ok guys,

here in France is getting late and it is time to sleep.

It was a good tournament round today with some great ideas... I think we will get there at the end!

Let's keep the brain storming... just a reminder of some key points:

1) Depression (mental health)
2) innovation (...important for the possible investors: innovation=money)
3) hope (...this project can help to develop some new stuff that is going to put the patient back in shape and out of that bloody shadow that is torturing his brain and life)

Bonjour folks,
I am back on-line and I found your proposals... thanks for the efforts!

I think the tournament is getting tight and at the end it will be a difficult decision.

Main concerns are mainly on the way in which the brain and the neuron are represented. I will try to upload a couple of pictures to give you some more inspiration. I will now give you separately my feedback and I will rank the new work. Also, tomorrow I will be back in the office and the feedback of my colleagues will be an important add up.

Cheers,
Max
