Our Ideas & Additional Information
We currently have a wordmark logo using the Edwardian font (with a Bickham font ampersand). I will attach that as a file. Our goal is to have a letterform mark or emblem to go with it. We might use it to the left or above our current wordmark, or in place of it occasionally.
We'd love a letter 'D' that is either in the Edwardian font or close to it (not sure if there are copyright issues involved with using that font). We're thinking something like a beautiful monogram, or a filigree frame surrounding the 'D' would be lovely. I'm attaching a few inspiration pictures, but keep in mind some of them are MUCH more ornate than we'd like, but give you an idea of what some of the elements in our boutique look like. We like these shapes, lines, etc.
Things we would NOT like - flowers, hearts, or a diamond ring.
We want this 'D' to be iconic, so it should be clean/simple enough to stand the test of time, while still being beautiful, elegant, filigree - representative of our gorgeous jewelry.
We're also open to including '& Co.' in the design, maybe in a subtle way.
As I said, we already have a wordmark logo, but we are open to a very slight change there as well, so feel free if you'd like to include ideas in your design. Needs either be in the Edwardian font (with Bickham ampersand) or very similar. Keep in mind our existing wordmark is already on all of our bags, biz cards, etc, so we'd like to keep any changes subtle.
Lastly, we're open to the incorporation of our slogan, 'Exquisite • Transcendent • Beloved'
We look forward to seeing your designs and providing feedback!
