Awesome 3d animation on your current website

Hi Everyone!

Thanks your work so far. I'm going to try my best to comment on everything I can.

Quick Reminder: I would like to see ".com" in the logo. Maybe something small in the corner... not as big as the words "Defacto Sound".

Alright... so here we go :)

#1 & #2 - VERY cool idea! It really jumped out to me as cool & unexpected. I really love the 3d aspect. I also like how you sort of played off what I already had on the site with one word being bold. Here's what I'd love to see: ~more color... I'd like to see the "3d meters" have the green/yellow/orange/red theme... sort of like #9. Maybe you could do the bottom 3 blocks on every column as green, the next 2 yellow, the next 1 or 2 orange, and the top few red. Also, it would be cool to see "DEFACTO SOUND" with just a tad of 3d depth... nothing too fancy :) Also, a little ".com" in the lower right corner. Overall, fantastic idea!

#3 - Orion - Thanks for the compliment on my website! Also, thanks for your idea on the logo, I like the effort into creating a clear, simple brand identity by breaking up the "O". However, it's a little too abstract/clean for my taste. Thanks!

#4 - Cool idea! I never thought of making a speaker out of the "O". Also, I appreciate the fresh take on my current logo (with one bold word). However, I think it's a little too simple & flat for my taste. Very much appreciated though!

#5 & #6 - Again... cool idea. I really like the abstract speaker idea, but I think it may be a little too abstract & corporate. However, I would love to see more of your ideas... You're "Lukie Games" [highest rated one] & "Gaming Rivalry" [the highest rated one] were really hip & cool! I'd love to see one of your "out there" ideas!

#7 & #8 - These really jumped out to me! I didn't at all expect this, but I like it :) I know a lot of people in my field that would really like this idea, but for me it may be a tad too light-hearted. (not that I have a "serious" company... I just make stuff sound cool :) But... very very much appreciated. Very creative! I would LOVE to see more of your ideas!

#9 - Veeery cool & hip. DEFINITELY the right direction. If I were to tweak it... I would ask to separate the "defacto sound" a little bit more for the background. Not too much.. just a hair more 3d. Also I would like to see "sound" the same length as "defacto", but still a little thinner like you currently have it... and a little ".com" added to the bottom right corner. I'd also like to see more green rows... maybe 4 rows of green at the bottom, 4 yellow, 2 orange, and the top 2 or 3 red. Great idea!!

#10 & #11 - I like the subtle direction. I also like the idea of using a "d" for defacto & a little speaker in the corner for "sound". Great idea! Thanks for the effort. However, I think it may be a little to flat & subtle for my taste. (I know, I know... I said subtle in my description :) Keep 'em coming. I've seen some cool stuff that you've submitted before! [specifically Rhyno, Cloud, & Sync]

#12 - Thanks for your submission. May be a little too "laid back" for my taste :) However, I've seen some of your other work & it's great! I really liked your take on "Theatre Chairs"

#13 – I’m so glad you posted. I’ve loved some of your work in the past. “Gussie’s” was awesome! I like the 7.1 touch :) You’ve had a little audio in your past, haven’t you?! I really like the meter treatment of the “defacto sound”. Before I started this contest, I never thought about using meters in the logo… but you guys are doing great! In this logo, I’d like to see a little less green rows.. (maybe one less) to make room for a row or two of orange & red. The big D might be a little too bold for me. It kind of comes across as a little too “red light district/taboo” for my taste… I bet that’s the direction you were going :) I would LOVE to see more of your ideas. I would love to see something with a little more “muted” colors. (I know you love bold & bright!)

#14 – Niiice! Very unexpected! I never thought of that! Love the ear. I’d love to see an alt version where DEFACTO SOUND sits over a larger/more 3d logo of the ear. Maybe add in a little more color? Great idea!

I was writing my comments in Microsoft Word... I bet it automatically put spaces in there during the cut/paste... Oh well... carry on.

I really like what everyone has been doing with meters...

I'd love to see a few entries with something different. (unless your meter idea is awweeesome!)
