We uses horses and facilitators to help people to understand themselves better, to think and talk with others better and to develop teams and their leaders by using practical equine problem solving exercises that lead to more self awareness, self confidence, trust and respect for oneself and others, all through the powerful combination of counselling psychology and the instinct and intuition of horses (participants walk beside the horse, no riding).
