What We Do
Daily Crowdsource presents Crowdsourcing Month, a month dedicated to showcasing up to 30 unique crowdsourcing solutions every year.

Color Preferences
We are looking for a great color combination that is unique, and immediately connects users with Crowdsourcing Month & Daily Crowdsource.
Try and explore shades and tones of colors, we want the logo to be bold, deep, vibrant and rich
Must make sense with the brand

*Please stay away from dull, dilluted colors like browns and earth tones. Greens and Blues are far too common in the industry, Don't be afraid to explore the shades/tones-something different is very important!
Our Ideas & Additional Information
We like that Technorati has a unique color, it is distinct but still a little too primary & solid

Crowdrise has great contrast, orange on black, logo is unique too

Hello Designers,

If you have any further questions regarding the brief, please let us know! We are looking forward to seeing what you guys create and share with us. I will share a link below to our website, Daily Crowdsource, so you can get a further idea about us. We will be hosting Crowdsourcing Month in September of this year, and every year after. We want something that will surpass time, nothing that will become dated. Once again, please feel free to ask questions as needed

Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank a variety of designs to get a variety of entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is Private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design. Feedback will be made public upon contest completion
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested".
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ After your contest closes it will enter Judging phase. You can re-rank designs in Judging.
~~ While in Judging, the designer ranked in first place can submit revisions

More detailed information on how to get the most out of your contest can be found here:

Black-lyne: I like the use of character, what does it mean though and how does it relate to Crowdsourcing Month? Also, I prefer the purple logo because the character is not so large. I would love to know what your character means.

All designers: I would explore fonts, because many of these look a lot like crowdrise. Though we like what they are doing, we do not want to have the same logo.

Sevi- I would work on your red/black logo. The design reminds me a lot of the YMCA. I think that it is a little too basic of a logo. Try exploring characters.

Also, #2 reminds me a lot of crowdrise. Though we like what their logo looks like, we do not want to mimic it. Crowdsourcing Month is representing multiple crowdsourcing companies and solutions, which is what we would like to reflect. Also, the font is somewhat hard to read when I do not zoom in on it. I am not sure though whether it is the style font or the size.

Hi DailyCrowdsource,
You can give individual feedback by clicking the design or name of designer. So the designer can give you fast response because it linked to private email.

Thank you,

Thanks for all the submissions. Here are things to avoid:

No obvious symbols like a calendar, a character, a person,
No obvious symbols like a lightbulb, a crowd of people, puzzles
No characters like animals, or cartoons

This logo should represent lots of great companies & ideas coming together to show the future of work

Great logos. Can anyone make the graphic mark more 3 dimensional? Showing interlocking "items" or "links" or "pieces" symbolizing a group of diverse people coming together in a 3D way could be great.

Thanks

Remember that we have a more masculine clientele, think of that when working on the color scheme. The entire logo does not have to be colorful and bright, it could have sections.
