1. The font is not good, but that is easy to fix.

2. I'm not sure about the dark black shadow under the white part of the icon, it would be interesting to see what it would look like without it.

Just a minor tweek. The "U" needs to move to the right a little. It is really minor, but make a difference to design nerds.
