It is not necessary to see all of the logo. It may be too long. There are so many communication companies that the logo is intended to help people understand what type of communication development we are doing.

Some key words that might help: communication skills, development, effectiveness

I do need to shorten the slogan from where we started.
The slogan I want to go with is: improving organizational and individual effectiveness
