I still really like your design, but I need the slogan added: improving organizational effectiveness

I would like to have the slogan in lower case and possibly in italics.

I would also like to see the initials CCS stand out or Communication stand out more in the name of the company.

Here's a quick revision. I've tried to stay away from web 2.0 effects to give you a clear idea of what the logo would look like in print. It can always be developed further from here, depending on how it will be used. I think it conveys the concepts of working together, success, communication, and, of course, creativity and growth. Thanks for considering my design.

I would have liked to have found more time to improve on this for you, but hopefully you've seen enough of the potential of this design concept to make your final decision. I would of course be available to you during the judging phase to refine this to your complete satisfaction if you are interested.
