Is it from the place, Cow Bay? Is it a combo of two things?

I don´t understand this contest at all. Asked for info and never got it. I don´t even know what the name stands for. This is like a Lottery. I don´t like this kind of contests with no help from CHs and no clear directions (just need to see the ranks, all so different entries).

I cannot make sense of this competition either, what the CH wanted seems completely irrelevant with the entries his chosen ranked entries

I'm confused, too. As you saw, I asked for input. Nothing so far. Not sure why.
I do know that there is a place called Cow Bay in Nova Scotia. I don't know if it's related in any way or not.
Wish we had more info. I'm intrigued by this contest, but don't have enough insight to create a relevant design.

mmm shant even bother with this one, it is totally random, I think the CH should put all the numbers in a hat and take a lucky draw

Hey... this was a tough one. I don't think even the CH knew what he was looking for.

He still ran a great tournament and provided feedback and everything.
