During the Top 5 phase as a CH you are entitled to re-range rankings in order for other designs to upload revisions, same applied in judging phase.

County of Northern Lights

Client

...interesting that no one has used a bloom in the County of Bloom Logo.
It is very important that the County of is in Arial font to the top left and Northern Lights in Book Antiqua Font. As a Municipality we have to have consistency in our signage. Please refer to the uploaded attachment.
