Thanks Signal I'm trying to decide what to think about design #5 - it says incisive but probably a bit unwelcoming.

#6 - I see what you're trying to do although it now has a Hogwarts feel to it

Thanks Husk, the reason I gave ranked #7 first is because the leaning H represents a different perspective to me. I'm not sure if this is the final execution so any more thoughts along this line would be appreciated.

Thanks Guys, there's some gifted designers out there.
My likes so far are: The more elegant typefaces of #7, #2, #3, #11, the 'h' in a globe of #10 and #8. The two tone 'Heinsight' also seems to work.
Room for development: the globe on #10 is a bit internet click-like but I like its 3 dimensional qualities, #8 is a bit two dimensional in comparison. #9 and #12 seem a bit ominous - a blokage rater than a solution?

#19, #18, #19 - sorry the arrows don't really work for me.

#24, #25, #26 - reminds me of a hotel chain
#21 - says creative, perspective,etc but pointing more to a photography style of business.

Looking good! Here are my thoughts on the top ranked logos sofar:
#28 - contemporary, clean but possibly indicates an architectural office?
#20 - I like typeface, subtle globe/H but lacking a little bit of elegance
#2 - Elegant and balanced although struggling with meaning of symbol - makes it generic
#27 - Sleek typeface and I like the 3 dimensional aspects and colour - may yet rank higher.
#10 - Modern, 3D - a bit too bold to win
And the rest:
#29 - I like the typeface and 3 aspect but icon leaves me cold.
#22 - Subtle. A bit too subtle?
#21 - Still love the icon (would definitely use if I was a photographer) - More ideas on abstract icons like this are appreciated. It doesn't have to be an 'H' or 'H/I'.

I've re-ranked and provide the following thoughts for further input:
#45 - Feels more dynamic but I'm not sure if the ring should cross the H
#46 - The 'H' feels a bit short/small
#43 - Not sure if I want an exclamation mark
#42 - The ball is still a bit imposing/big

I have added pictoral mark to the brief because I felt everyone was getting to orientated around the H and H/I. Happy to consider different directions as well as the use of these letters.
