men and women, generally ages 15-35. Income and Occupation are irrelevant as we are interested in targeting anyone who wants to wear the freshest threads available. Location would probably be mostly city-dwellers or urbanites, but even those in the burbs might want a taste of this fashion. Artists, rappers, hip hop gurus, musicians, fashionistas, skaters, MMA fans, graffiti, club goers, night-life lovers, young active professionals, those concerned about "street cred" and who mainly purchase premium brand name clothing. Seekers of hot, underground clothing as might be seen at www.karmaloop.com.
Color Preferences
Any colors really, as long as it's clean and looks great on the web. The more artistic and colorful the better I suppose as we're going for a particular urban theme that might incorporate graffiti style into it. Something that can easily be put on silk-screen, but don't downgrade the quality for that.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
Coney Island was named because "coney" actually means rabbit. That being said, I was thinking of having an illustrated rabbit character of our very own (comic book style perhaps), dressed up in hip hop clothing (i.e. baggy jean, big floppy sneakers untied, tank-top, fitted cap sideways or backwards or something like that). He might be standing with his arms folded with a pretty serious face on. In the background, I imagine a silhouette of some Coney Island landmark - perhaps the Cyclone, the Parachute jump or the wonder wheel? The rabbit might even be eating a hot dog (in reference to Nathan's Hot Dogs). Regardless, I think a rabbit character is definitely the main focus.
