This is a logo of a new service within our mediation provider organization (ADR Center) to manage by telephone and online mediation on small claim using a E-Filing piattaform. We provide this services under a legal authorization of the Italian Minister of Justice. By law, consumers having a dispute with a Telecom operator must attempt a mediation before sue in court. Because the small amount of the dispute involved, the consumer can easily call our numer from home, submit his requests vs the Telecom operator and check by internet the status of the dispute. We wil try to mediate. At the end we issue a legal bind document to proced to the court or an agreement. We will launch the service, also to solve other small claims (not only with Telecom company).

Diamond Contest
We're sorry, but this contest is presently open to a limited pool of designers.
Thank for the first entries. I would like also to highlight the "automatic / e-filing / efficency " feature of the service. No more papers, all document of the claim is on line.
Please, focus on a "pictorial mark" The text and the name "CTA" could change during our test period, while the service and the conept will be the same: manage as third neutrals small legal claims over the phone and internet.
Another input. We would like a logo the incorporate (in a stylish way) a "telephone", a "computer" and a "document file". Think about a court where you can file your claim by phone and controll the process by internet.
guys, see my previous comment: focus on the "pictorial mark", NOT on the CTA name and font because the name CTA coulld change after the trial period. Thanks to all, Leo
