On #67 could you remove the word "Accredited"
Then, rotate our full name to counter clockwise so that first letter of "Commission" starts at 9 o'clock.

I am not allowed to comment weaknesses of other designs
but I would definitely like to point out the strength of the functionality of my design:

Legibility is one of the most important rules in logo design.
The CAAS is designed big enough and with a very good contrast so its not going to lose legibility when looked at from a distance or when used in small sizes on documents websites etc...
It will also still be readable in grayscale which is also important and it wont change a lot when translated into black&white.

tipp:
if you step 2-3 steps away from the monitor you will easily notice which logos have a good legibility and which dont.
